The ER410 welding stick consists mainly 13Cr.It belongs to solid stainless steel MIG and TIG welding materials and can be used to all position welding.It performs well while welding, with smooth wire feed,stable voltaic arc, beautiful formation and little splatter.The deposited metal has steady mechanical property.
Please Note:
1.Consumers should pay attention to the purity of the shielding gas.The recommended gas mixture ratio is Ar and 1~3% oxygen gas.The TIG should use pure Ar.
2.The gas flow rate is 20-25L/Min.
3.The elongation length is 15-25mm.
4.The rust scale,moisture,oil stain and dust in the welding should be definitely cleaned.
5.When welding outdoors with over 1.5m/s wind speed, appropriate wind proof measures should be taken,in case of air vent.
